What
is TOffice97Balloon?
TOffice97Balloon is a component for Delphi 2.0 and 4.0 that that looks just like the Office Assistant balloons in Office 97. It has the following features: -
- Fully customisable source code, which can be edited if necessary.
- Form icon, which can also be a customisable glyph.
- Optional "Stick To" property allows the control to be attached to another form.
- In Windows 95 or NT, the control is balloon shaped.
- Fully compatible with the TForm component. (It has all the properties and events of the TForm component)
- Works on Windows 95 and NT. (I have not tested it with Windows 98)
- Compact size, only occupying 34KB when compiled in Delphi 2!

There are currently no major problems with the component.
